Although Xeco's energy software portal has been designed to be user friendly in use, there are thousands of functions being performed in the background in order to track each meter and each circuit while paralleling the utility company's meter. Xeco's Software Solution is designed to derive real-time data from meters and allow users to analyze load patterns, benchmark buildings against each other and deliver real-time consumption feedback to drive energy conservation strategies.

Dedicated Energy Server

Xeco's energy management software resides on Xeco's in-house server, which is installed in each facility to collect real time data for use by the information reporting systems. Xeco's Server has no internet dependencies for collecting the data, which allows for much more secure data collection while maintaining a high level of data integrity.

Bill Costs Tracking

Xeco's Energy Dashboard tracks real-time cost of electircity usage for being able to see the day-to-day costs from kW Peaks to kilowatt hour usage. The Bill Costs Tracking calculations are based on a calendar month.

Energy Forecasting

Xeco's Energy Forecasting is an advanced forecasting system designed to analyze previous energy usage as well as comparing current one minute and fifteen minurte interval data to determine the current calendar month costs and energy forecasting.

Monthly Budgeting

Xeco's Monthly Budgeting Module allows for 30, 60, 90 day budgets and job costing capabilities. The Module also includes an invoicing tool for departmentalizing energy cost and expense management.

Equipment Scheduling

Xeco's Equipment Scheduling Module is designed to manage the days and times for operating facility equipment. An exellent tool for reducing the cost of electricity by setting optimum schedules of operation while reducing the need for electricity.

EMV Cross-Checking For Verified Measurements

Xeco Engineers have developed several cross-checks to verify the accuracy of the meters the data collected from kilowatt hours measured over time to the kW Peaks recorded. The data collected is verified in parallel to the Utility company's monthly electricity billing cycle.
